The Mountain of Seven Colors (Vinicunca) is one of the magnificent natural attractions in Peru and was listed as one of the top 100 attractions by National Geographic magazine.
An inexpensive day tour to the Rainbow Mountain will take you through the magnificent landscape of glaciers, snowy mountains, rivers and crystal clear lakes. During the Rainbow Mountain Tour, you will travel through Andean villages and explore the stunning natural environment that surrounds you.
DAY 1: CUSCO – CUSIPATA – PHULAWASIPATA – VINICUNCA – CUSCO
The adventure to the mountain of seven colors starts from 04:20 am with your pick up at your respective hotel, depending on the location of your hotel in Cusco, then we will go to the south of the city of Cusco where we can appreciate towns and landscapes until we arrive in approximately 2 hours to the town of Cusipata, where our breakfast will be after tasting the food we will continue the tour to the Vinicunca mountain by a road for one more hour, until we reach the town of Phulawasipata, where it will be the place where we will start the walk the mountain of colors here our professional guide will give you directions to climb the mountain vinicunca, on the way we will be able to appreciate the typical fauna of the place and also the beautiful views.
When you arrive at the Vinicunca mountain you will have enough time to take photos and enjoy this natural wonder. Immediately we will return along the way we came to take the minivan to return to the town of Cusipata to enjoy a restorative lunch. After enjoying our lunch, we headed back to the city of Cusco.
