We begin the tour to the rainbow mountain and red valley by ATV with pick-up from your hotel between 4:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. and then take a 2-hours trip by our minivan to the Cusipata town where you will have a delicious breakfast.
Then we will continue our route until Checacupe where we will have our first visit to the Queswachaca Inca bridge and the San Lorenzo colonial bridge that our guide will explain, which is located over 3450.meters above see level ., after taking photos, we continue with our journey.
After one hour trip we will arrive at the “Anta Red Valley base camp” , where our ATVs are located. This is where our guide will teach us how to use the ATVs in an easy and simple way. After preparing ourselves we will begin our adventure in the ATVs vehicles,then we will travel through incredible and colorful landscapes. Along the way we will make brief stops to appreciate the view of the snow-peaks , local people with typical costumes , llamas and alpacas along the way. After approximately 40 minutes we will arrive at the second base camp a place where We will begin a 10-minute walk to the Red Valley viewpoint . After it we will start a hike for 45 minutes to get Vinicunca rainbow mountain lookoutpoint from the top we will have enough time to take pictures and to see the Ausangate snow-peak, then we will begin the return walk through the same place to board the return ATVs for 40 minutes again until “Anta Red Valley base camp” , where our transportation will be waiting to take us to Enjoy a well-deserved and delicious buffet lunch in Cusipata.
Then we will take our transportation to return to the Cusco City arriving between 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. approximately .
